La retroalimentación y el seguimiento del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje son posibles a través de la plataforma tecnológica WebTec (Plataforma educativa diseñada para los curso de educación a distancia del Tecnológico de Monterrey), la cual permite una supervisión permanente del proceso y un monitoreo de los resultados que hacen posible la implementación inmediata de acciones correctivas.
Sin lugar a duda, los Centros Comunitarios de Aprendizaje, tienen acceso a información que permite poner en contacto con la sociedad del conocimiento.

El CCA de Landa de Matamoros, Qro. Inicio el día 1 de Noviembre del año 2002 durante la administración 2000-2003 en la cual precedía el alcalde Álvaro Robles Rubio y en conjunto con el comité de Microrregiones el cual estaba a cargo del Profr. Juan Sierra Rubio y que gracias al apoyo de la SEDESOL se puso en marcha este gran proyecto y que hasta la fecha sigue dando buenos resultados.
